    I started Principal VA Services with small and entrepreneurial business owners in mind.  Having mainly worked for small and medium sized companies I know first hand how hard it is to keep on top of things. 

    The list of things to do is endless and it's tempting to try and do everything yourself to keep costs down.  A lot of time is required to run a successful venture, and eventually you may find yourself spending most of your time dealing with the day to day tasks which interrupt you from focusing on the business itself.  Using the services of a VA will free you up to concentrate on business or spend time with your family and friends.

    I'll help with the secretarial support required to run your business effectively.  At Principal VA Services I offer administrative support; this could be help with replying to emails, invoicing your clients, customer service or internet research.  Hiring me gives you the ability to utilise the service when you need it and not to have the additional expense of an employee.  With no tax, NI or pension contributions to pay a VA can be a very cost effective solution. 


    My background is administration, and since graduating I’ve worked in a number of different capacities throughout my career and have a wealth of experience to draw upon.  I’ve managed people, offices, events, projects and systems for different organisations both in the public and private sectors.  I enjoy streamlining and implementing admin procedures so they work seamlessly and efficiently.  I have a great soft skillset and believe a kind word or a smile can make all the difference to someone’s day.

    I started out as a warehouse assistant before becoming receptionist to a lighting hire company serving the corporate and live events industry, progressing to office manager for a design and build company for brands, events and agencies.  My latest position was as PA at board level to the Principal and CEO of one of the highest performing sixth form colleges in the country.  I was part of a very successful jobshare for 11 years and am happy woking autonomously.  I was a member of the Equality & Diversity committee as well as being a qualified first aider.

    I'm flexible, reliable, consistent, easy to work with, and above all responsive to your needs and will adapt to your way of working.  Technology is enabling more and more people to work remotely and I saw no reason why I couldn't be part of this revolution.  You can too.
