My charging plan is very transparent.
Retainers or blocks are great if you want bits and pieces done and will be charged for the month ahead. That way you'll always know how much your bill is going to be.

I can also offer a pay as you go service and will happily do one off projects. Contact me to discuss time frames.

VA services - Pay as you go
£30 per hour. For people who need help with one off tasks and a bit of help here and there.
VA services - Guaranteed blocks
Suitable for growing businesses who find themselves in need of additional help.
Block prices below:
10 retained hours £300
15 retained hours £450

£250 per day.
Transcription
£30 per hour.

Important info...
Retainers or blocks must be booked in advance and will guarantee you an agreed number of hours per month and prioritises you over pay as you go clients. If you've booked the hours but do not use them I'm afraid you will still be charged - I will have scheduled my diary around this. Retainers will be invoiced for the month ahead. Pay as you go will be invoiced upon completion of the job.
A one month notice period applies to retainers. Retainer rates cannot be applied retrospectively.
Services will be withheld once an invoice becomes overdue for both retainers and pay as you go.
Any client travel or accommodation costs must be paid for by the client upfront.
Expenses will be itemised on your invoice at cost, for example:

I'm happy to attend meetings or even work from your base but would prefer to work virtually for you on an ongoing basis. Catch-up meetings can also be arranged which will be charged at my hourly rate.
Payment should be made by bank transfer no later than the date shown on the invoice.
My payment terms are strictly 14 days.
